This easy homemade pizza dough is made with everyday ingredients, and it can be shaped into any kind of pizza crust you like!

All-purpose flour Granulated sugar Kosher salt Warm water Olive oil Semolina or all-purpose flour
Whisk the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Pour in the water and oil and stir with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
Turn out the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Knead for 3 minutes until the dough is still a little tacky, but doesn’t stick.
Shape and prepare the dough. Place it on the prepared pizza peel. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread tomato sauce. Add cheese and basil on top.
Store the pizza dough for later or use it immediately to make a pizza!
