This Easter Poke Cake is an easy Easter dessert that will wow your guests!

Boxed white cake mix Eggs Water Vegetable oil French vanilla pudding mix Whole milk Cool Whip Pink, purple, and green food coloring Sprinkles
Whisk cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Divide batter evenly between 3 bowls and add food coloring to each bowl.
Drop spoonfuls of each colored batter around the baking dish. Bake the cake for 30 minutes.
Whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Poke holes in the cake and pour the pudding on top.
Spread the top of the cake with Cool Whip, then add sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
