Ground pork sausage Yellow onion Unsalted butter All-purpose flour Whole milk Kosher salt Garlic powder Chili flakes Black pepper Cheddar cheese Frozen Pillsbury Grands biscuits
Cook the sausage and onions. When the sausage is fully cooked, drain on a paper towel.
Melt butter in same pan and add flour, whisking until smooth. Slowly add in the milk, mix until smooth. Add in the seasoning and cheese.
Pour the gravy mixture into the pan and arrange the biscuits on top.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the gravy is bubbling and the biscuits are golden brown.
