The thing that I love most about Skype, is that you can actually see the person you’re talking to by using Video Chat. Yes, you can use IM, voice chat or even make a call, but the absolute coolest thing is seeing the person you’re talking to. But, do you know what’s even cooler than seeing the 1 person you’re talking to? Seeing SEVERAL people at one time by using Group Video Chat! That’s right, you can use Skype’s Premium Service for a small monthly fee and have access to Group Video Calling.
According to a recent survey by Mom Central, 95% of Moms say that technology makes their life easier. Of those sames moms, 94% say that technology makes life easier by allowing them to connect with friends and family anytime and anywhere and Skype is helping to make that happen in an easy and affordable way!
Just the other day, we put the Skype Video Chat to the test. Our family Skyped with a family down the road, in Kentucky and in Asia at the same time! It was really cool to be able to “get together” at the same time since it had been almost a year we were all able to “be together” at the same time. We were able to talk about an upcoming gathering between our families at the same time. Loved it!
