As we head into the New Year, I have resolved to do better – to eat healthier, to spend more time with my family, to get organized. Though it may seem like an afterthought, organizing my meals can help me achieve a lot of these goals. Especially now that after 7 years of being on the evening shift, my husband will be switching to days in a couple of weeks and will be home every night with us! This is a huge blessing for us all!!
