Having fair-skinned kids, Sunscreen is very important in our family. It’s a must-have when we are outside, especially when we’re at the pool and out in the direct sun all afternoon. That’s why we were excited to be asked by Neutrogena and Mom Central to try out their NEW Wet Skin Sunscreen, specially formulated for wet skin.
Here’s a look at me trying it out on my two little red-heads!
From Neutrogena’s Website:
Kids never sit still long enough to dry off, but new Wet Skin Kids promises full strength sun protection even on wet skin. Wet Skin Kids provides broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection and mists right on for protection from the sun’s harsh rays. It’s the quickest way to fully protect your kids when they’re in and out of the water.
- Works on wet and dry skin
- No dripping or whitening
- Broad spectrum UVA-UVB
- Gentle, hypoallergenic formula
No white residue, oily feel, stinky smell and great sun protection – now, that’s some great reasons to make a switch!
Neutrogena Wet Skin provided great protection throughout the whole day while we were in the back yard playing. I reapplied every couple of hours and the kids never had to take more than a minute’s break for me to apply it.
Neutrogena Wet Skin has now become a must-have in our house!
Try it for yourself and I promise you’ll be hooked for all your sun and swim needs this Summer! PLUS – right now you can get a $2 OFF coupon, making it an even sweeter deal!
*I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Neutrogena and received sunscreen and other Neutrogena products as a thank you for my participation.

I used this on my 9 year old daughter while on vacation. The first thing I noticed was the odor.. it has a very chemical smell in my opinion. Within just a few minutes she was covered in a rash.. face, arms, chest, and legs and was crying that her face was on fire. We rushed her in for a shower. She has never ever had a skin reaction before and we have used just about every sunscreen out there. She plays travel softball and is in the sun a lot~ Her vacation has essentially been ruined as she is still rashed and if she sweats or gets pool water on the rash it burns terribly. I mentioned it to another softball mom and she stated that it did the same thing to her daughter. I love neutrogena products but we will not be using the wet skin again.
