I have struggled with my complexion my whole life. From pale skin that burns easily to breakouts to dryness and now…redness. My dermatologist told me that is all genetic. But, that doesn’t mean that I don’t take care of my skin and try to improve upon the texture and health of it. I still do! I’ve tried all kinds of things. Every cleanser, lotion and miracle potion out there.
Thank goodness for makeup to help cover up the redness and other imperfections. Also for filters! haha!
I recently heard about a new Rosacea Gel that is dermatologist recommended and is used to treat redness, bumps and irritation – Prosacea®.
Prosacea Medicated Rosacea Gel doesn’t just cover up rosacea symptoms but actually controls them. “Heal, Don’t Conceal” is my moto and theirs! With a light, water-based formula that goes on easily, absorbs quickly and is flawless under makeup, it’s worth a try! The aloe in Prosacea also helps to sooth dry, reddened skin.
So, I thought that giving Prosacea a try was worth a shot! My husband, who suffers with Rosacea, also is giving it a try! I can say that we’ve both been very pleased with the outcome.
Of course, it’s harder to see on yourself sometimes, but I have noticed a difference in my husband’s face. At first we both experienced a little dryness – but nothing overwhelming. I just added a little moisturizer, like I always do daily, and the dryness was gone! I’m still only using it once a day like the package recommends, but I will probably up the my usage to twice daily soon!
It’s so great to have a gentle option that doesn’t require a prescription! I am excited to see how it works over a longer period of time!
Prosacea is the #1 over-the-counter rosacea treatment with a 90% satisfaction among users because it works! Like with everything in your medicine cabinet, just common sense and please make sure to read and follow all label instructions before using Prosacea. But, if you are like many other Prosacea users I’ve read about, you will see visible results in just days.
You can find Prosacea in the First Aid aisle at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and many retailers nationwide.
