This quick and easy to make Green Goddess Smoothie recipe is packed full of good-for-you superfoods and easy to make in no time!

Eating and drinking healthy is a way of life in our household. We like to add lots of bright colorful fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean meats, and water to our everyday diets. Making sure we eat right and stay healthy is so important!

While we eat healthy 95% of the time, of course, we also have a yummy treat every once in a while. But, for the most part, we try to make sure we’re eating the best we can.

One of the ways we “sneak” in some extra nutrition is by making smoothies. I say “sneaking” in, but really our kids love to help us make smoothies. And they’re so fun to make!

One of our favorites is this Green Goddess Smoothie!

Yes! I add in one of these delicious Premier Protien Smoothie Drink to give it extra flavor and nutrients. Depending on my mood decides the flavor – Strawberries and Cream, Bananas and Cream, Vanilla and Chocolate – I like them all!

Premier Protein are ready-to-drink shakes,  with 30g of protein and just 160 calories. All five shake flavors can be easily incorporated into shakes and smoothies, as well as various baked treats.
