How to Make Easy Monkey Bread

1. Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a cake pan or fluted bundt pan.

Separate the cinnamon roll dough, then cut each roll into quarters. Place the dough pieces in the bag with the cinnamon sugar, seal the bag, then shake it until the dough is coated.

4. Assemble

Remove the dough and arrange it in the prepared pan, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

5. Make the Sticky Glaze

Stir together the brown sugar and butter in a small bowl and pour it over the cinnamon roll dough.

6. Bake

Place the pan in the oven and bake for 28 to 32 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.

7. Finish and Serve

Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it upside down onto a serving plate. Place the icing in a small bowl and heat it in the microwave, then spoon it over the cake and serve warm.
