HOW TO MAKE DR. PEPPER CROCK POT PULLED PORK
1. Season the Pork Roast
Rub the outside of the roast with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Add to the crock pot
Pour the Dr. Pepper over the pork and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours until tender.
3. Shred the pork
Using two forks, shred the pork and place it back into the juices.
4. Add BBQ sauce
Add BBQ sauce to taste and allow to cook an additional 30 minutes, if desired.
Serve on buns and top with coleslaw.
