Bacon and Egg Breakfast Cups
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package HORMEL Real Crumbled Bacon
- 1 package crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix eggs and milk together. Beat well.
- Add salt and pepper to egg mixture and stir.
- Place 1 crescent roll into the bottom of a muffin tin. Trim off excess
- Add 1 tablespoon of bacon to each muffin cup
- Add 1 Tablespoon of cheese onto of bacon
- Fill each muffin cup 1/4 of the way full with the egg and milk mixture
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes or eggs are set
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
